I was stupid back then.
I remember those days, where I sat doing nothing, but thinking and weeping about the past. I was counting the mistakes and sat staring at it with remorse and shame. I was feeling guilty in losing all those chances that I got once. All I can see was shame, misery, a tiny tint of happiness, mistakes and a bunch of lost people and some dark memories.
Suddenly I felt a touch on my shoulder.
“Why are you only looking back ? Can’t you see the way infront of you ? You can’t travel back and change everything even if you want to,cuz life is a one way path. So move ahead. Leave all those behind.
Move forward with what you’ve learned from the past. Go grab every chances. Try not to make the same mistakes again. Raise from where you fall. Use every opportunities to make your life better and live your life to the fullest.”- The man smiled at me.
He reminded me about the future which was waiting for me to embrace .He motivated and inspired me. He believed in me and encouraged me to move forward, each time I tend to fall.
And now I always look forward no matter what. No more turning backs.
And Thank you Dad for being the pillar of my life !
